
Madeleine Green grew up in New York, Hong Kong, and London. As an undergraduate student, she studied at Emerson College's School of Visual & Media Arts, the Berklee College of Music, and the New England Conservatory of Music.
As a singer, she has performed in Carnegie Hall three times with the Manhattan Girls' Chorus, accompanying musicians such as Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor, and Sting. She has also performed with artists as diverse as Steven Tyler, Demi Lovato, Idina Menzel, and Zubin Mehta.
In 2023, she won the Mackie Podcast Pitch Competition (non-fiction prize) for a radio story about her friendship with a 100-year-old woman who works in an antique shop. Her story later aired on NPR. Madeleine now lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, where she is currently working on an illustrated children's book, a long-form radio story, and her first album.
Madeleine is the founder of Art of Creativity, an interdisciplinary imagination workshop for kids.
